Trash assessment  

 

YTS makes an honest assessment for appropriate waste and recycling levels with a proposal that shows exactly how much the property will save each month with our services. Our fee is based on a portion of the savings, usually 50%. YTS janitorial teams then service your property Monday through Friday to execute on waste reduction providing a passive way for you to increase profit, improve operations and save time. 

 

Waste reduction services 

 

Waste is compacted / Boxes are broken down flat / On site recycling is utilized / Dumpsters on site that are less used are utilized / Dumpsters are rotated under trash chutes / Trash hauler is held responsible for dumping the bins when they are supposed to by monitoring trash and recycling levels / Bulky metal items are hauled and recycled ie bed frames etc /  Awkward shaped items are broken to allow more space ie small IKEA furniture etc

Waste enclosures are swept and organized / All appliances are hauled and recycled ie refrigerators, stoves, dryers, etc /  Raid bug spray on hand / Maintenance and janitorial staff are able to focus on other tasks / Missed pick ups are monitored and called in by YTS to save time and headache for office personnel / Loud and stinky garbage trucks at the property less often / Less pollution caused from landfills by maximizing recycling efforts / Helps towards ESG score / Occasionally items are donated to good will / Cancel anytime

We have found many discrepancies with how trash companies invoice ie incorrect service days, distance fees, gate fees, on site equipment, and much more. We have created huge on going savings plus very large credits for our clients because they were billed incorrectly. ​

Please note

YTS does not replace your trash hauler. All savings are created with out needing to do so, we simply adjust the service frequency and or on site equipment since less is needed with our janitorial teams dedicated to your waste efficiency. This means even in franchised zones where properties are unable to find other haulers, you can still save substantially on your bill. 

​

Also, if you are interested in waste assistance but don't wish to reduce your pick up frequency or on site equipment with your current hauler YTS is happy to provide a custom proposal at very competitive rates to provide the same services described above. Often times this still creates savings by preventing the need for additional pick ups, on site equipment and overage fees.
